Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the Philippines. We are working on international shipping and will announce when it becomes available.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

·       Metro Manila — 2 to 4 business days

·       Luzon (outside Metro Manila) — 3 to 6 business days

·       Visayas and Mindanao — 5 to 8 business days

 

These are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier conditions beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We aim to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible and will update our rates as we grow.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your parcel through the courier's tracking page.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make additional attempts or leave instructions for collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed pickup, re-delivery charges will apply.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address details provided at the time of ordering.
